The Duc Pond

I called out sick for the first time today. Well, technically this is the second sick day I’ve used, but the first time was for when I was stuck at Rutgers during the mega blizzard. I was actually sick and feeling crappy today. I slept until about 12, then watched Fight Club, then played Halo, then went out briefly to look for presents (none were found, but I did finally think of what I’d get my sister). I still feel bad about not being in. I missed a meeting and there’s really no time for work to stop on the GUI. But I bet I can catch up. I kick Java ass. Usually. Anyway, I’m glad I rested today. I’m feeling much better, and it’s just been a day. Besides, when the hell else would I use my sick days?
