The Duc Pond

This is truly retarded. I’m going to get at most 4.5 hours of sleep tonight. But I just don’t feel like sleeping these days, with this damn layoff looming. Besides, it’s OK if I’m tired at work since I won’t be doing anything!

Anyway, I say bring it on. There’s a lot of stuff I want to do with the site that I don’t have time for right now (I’m still using this damn Blogger-provided layout). Same goes for work around the house, stuff I need to read, and other projects that are on my plate. If I’m out of work for a month that ENTIRE month will be fully occupied. I’m not worried.

Catherine and I finally managed to finish studying tonight, the close of our weekend-long effort. Still not as productive as we should have been, though, but neither of us are fond of studying. And Jon got me a nice shot glass from San Francisco, which now that I think of it, may be in his car. Damn it! Also, a special project was proposed.
