Now they graduate
Published by Duc May 15th, 2003 in FriendsIt’s funny watching everyone freak out about graduation. Not funny like I want to make fun of them. But funny in that now they know what I felt like! If you’re worried that you’ll miss school because it won’t be the same, you’re right! I can’t tell you how much it sucks not being able to see your friends on a whim. You adjust (I wouldn’t complain about a lack of free time if I hadn’t), but it still sucks. You worry if your friendships will survive the sporadic communication. Luckily, it has so far for me.
Here are some quotes from journals that will remain unidentified, except for the authors or the people who read those journals, for whom the identity will be quite obvious:
“i’m sad about graduating, and frustrated that i want the semester to be over, and lonely, and excited, and nervous, and bored, and dreading moving back home, and yet looking forward to it” , or go sit on ’s bed when I’m in a bad mood. I don’t want everything to change.”
