I’m typing this from inside Ron’s car. We’re stuck on the Turnpike, the victim of an accident. But it just cleared up!

I thought this weekend was very productive. Saturday I watched an episode of MacGyver (yes, that’s productive), gave Ben a ride home from Galloway Auto, had a nice talk with him where we caught up and talked about stuff, moved all of Catherine’s stuff into the U-Haul truck she rented, watched Hulk, and hung out at Galloway Diner.

And then the double moving wasn’t so bad. With the help of Jon’s sister’s boyfriend and Craig we managed to get Catherine’s stuff in her apartment within a couple hours. Then Jon’s stuff got put in the truck within one hour. And then finally with Ron’s help we managed to get Jon’s apartment filled in like an hour and a half. I was surprised that as much of a weakling that I am I was able to lift most of the heavy boxes and to help lift the dressers and stuff. I must not have exerted myself too much, though, because i’m barely sore at all!

Jon and Catherine’s places are really nice I must say. Desire to move out… increasing. Who doesn’t want the freedom of living on their own? No more sharing stuff. Everything in Jon and Cat’s apartments are solely theirs. There’s a lot to be said for that.
