The Duc Pond

Tomorrow after work I will fly on an airplane for the first time ever. I’m meeting up with my parents in Atlanta. They’ve been there for a week already, but I’m going tomorrow since I had work to do. Couldn’t really afford to take that much time off. I’ll be seeing relatives and hopefully do some sightseeing.

I’m only flying one way, though. The return trip will be by car with my parents. I got a power inverter for the drive home so I won’t have to worry about my laptop running out of battery power. The battery only lasts about 90 minutes now, which kinda sucks. My flight is 2 hours and I’m sure the actual amount of time I’ll be spending on the plane will be longer. I’ll have reading material with me, though.

Since this is my first time I really have no clue what I’m doing. I just hope I’ll figure it out when I get there. I also hope I don’t get arrested for any security violations.
