Also, I wanted to say that DucLink will make a triumphant return at some point. I want to make sure I’m well insulated against claims of libel and such. I’m pretty sure I’m on firm legal ground here. Everything I’ve read says that what is posted has to be false, it has to be provable that it’s false, and it should be clearly defamatory. Something embarassing shouldn’t count I don’t think. To me everything seems fine, but you never know when something might be considered embarassing to someone else.

I will review all existing posts and naturally I will continue to honor any and all requests to have names and memories removed. I’ll post a disclaimer or something, if that’ll help me.

It’s just that it’s my favorite part of the site and a lot of other people like it too. It’ll be back!
