The Duc Pond

I think summer has finally begun for real. Yesterday was hot as hell. Today too! As recently as Amy’s birthday it was cold and rainy.

On the plus side: I can go to the beach and stuff.
On the minus side: My electricity bills will be higher (especially since my roommate isn’t the conservationist I am).
On the minus side: I’ve only been hitting the gym once a week, which isn’t enough to significantly increase my muscle mass by July or August.
On the plus side: Batman Begins, Fantastic Four, War of the Worlds

Also, Amy and I visited my parents last night. We drove around Germania and Port Republic briefly so I could show her what it’s like in Galloway. Every single time I visit I swear there’s some new forest destruction. What the hell do they need to constantly build for? Stay the hell out of Galloway (I know, I wasn’t native to Galloway)!
