There’s such a blatant disregard for conservation in this city. These doors are wide open to the hot Vegas air and lots of buildings are like this at night. Sure it’s booker than daytime but still hot. All that cold indoor air escapes. Not much water conservation either as evidenced by all the artificial lakes (see below).
